Improvements to One Atlantic Center that have been undertaken have included a new restaurant, conference center, and fitness center. Other less visible but still important items have included upgraded building automation and security systems, and mechanical improvements to help lower utility usage. The building achieved LEED Existing Building Silver status in 2010.
