Located on a residential street in Kirkland, Washington, is the real estate investment company, 11 Capital. Their office space provides high end luxuries to the occupants of the building. The owners of this building are all connected through the same owners and partnership. All three levels share a continuity using a mix of architectural and interior elements. A blend of stone walls, glass storefronts, wood ceilings and Selux lighting make this an upscale office space.
The Selux Piix™ MRC linear and Piix™ MRC Arrays was recessed within the wood beams, for its efficient, precision lighting without uncomfortable high-angle glare. The light source is hidden deep within the housing creating a quiet ceiling so the focus is on the light effect. Selux M36 MRC Wallwasher was used to bring attention to the wall creating and even distribution that illuminates the area from the top where the wall meets the ceiling, to the floor, with high uniformity.
