Kasia Kozak joins Selux with over ten years of lighting industry expertise. Holding a bachelor's in Industrial Design and a master's in Lighting, she merges technical knowledge with innovative, solution-oriented thinking for each project. Most recently working as a lighting designer at an architecture firm, Kasia understands both the creative vision of architects and designers and the technical challenges they face. This perspective enables her to effectively support the needs of both Selux and its customers, helping to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. Kasia is known to choose a restaurant based on lighting quality rather than the menu, she believes lighting plays a vital role in shaping the human experience within the built environment. Kasia looks forward to guiding the Lighting Solutions Team in furthering the Selux commitment to "improving the quality of life with light" through support of internal teams and customers alike.
