Selux - 5 Year Limited LED Luminaire Warranty
Selux offers a 5 Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser for a project which shall be registered with Selux Corporation that the Selux fixture’s LED assembly shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for up to five (5) years from date of shipment. This limited warranty covers LED driver and LED light engine when installed and operated according to Selux instructions. Temperature guidelines apply to LED products. Installation and operation must be within recommended operating temperatures to qualify for warranty coverage. For specific product information see spec sheet.
A reduction in luminous flux is normal if the relevant value does not fall below 0.6%/1000h burning hours and is not covered by the warranty.
Purchaser shall return, with authorized RGA, defective material to Selux, freight prepaid, for evaluation of defect and cause. Selux, at its sole option, will repair or replace with similar modules, FOB our factory in Highland NY. For details and exclusions, see “Selux Terms and Condition of Sale”. Due to technical progress and to the change in the luminous flux of products caused by their use, subsequent deliveries of LED light sources may have light properties deviating from those of the original products.
See installation instruction and/or product specification sheet for environmental conditions. In-line fusing is recommended for protection against short circuits. Selux LED luminaires are shipped ready for installation. For exterior products power connection should be made outside the luminaire. Exterior luminaires are water-tight and completely sealed and should only be opened for servicing.
