Years ago, the leaders of Swedbank decided to move their operations out of the office building they occupied for four decades in the heart of Stockholm due to the cramped spaces and long dark corridors. It no longer matched the vision Swedbank wanted to portray. What they wanted was a more flexible home that would accommodate all 2,700 employees and foster partnership among them.

Swedbank’s new headquarters are an innovative interpretation of the core values the organization represents — Openness, Simplicity, and Care — all materialized in a modern office space with emphasis on transparency, Scandinavian simplicity and a dynamic social environment.
