Located at First Cana­dian Place, Canada’s tallest busi­ness land­mark since 1975, BMO Bank of Mon­treal is a full-ser­vice branch offer­ing a mix of bank ser­vices, invest­ments, and lend­ing prod­ucts for both per­sonal and com­mer­cial cus­tomers. The head office went through a ren­o­va­tion project that included a sig­nif­i­cant upgrade to the light­ing. This project was hon­ored with an Award of Merit by the Illu­mi­nat­ing Engi­neer­ing Soci­ety (IES).

Selux M36 was used for its ele­gance and ver­sa­til­ity. The M36 com­ple­ments the orig­i­nal archi­tec­tural grid with the inter­sec­tion of light and con­tin­u­ous grid of illu­mi­na­tion. The Selux M100 LED and M-Series for 4” Tech­Zone ceil­ings were also fea­tured. These lumi­naires are dim­ma­ble and spec­i­fied for inte­gra­tion with light­ing con­trols, which are con­nected to the building’s automa­tion system.
