On March 1, 2018, T-Mobile opened the doors to its brand new, state-of-the-art customer care facility in North Charleston, South Carolina. They created hundreds of jobs that will support their customers, helping to maintain their award-winning customer service. T-Mobile has been in the Charleston community for more than ten years. They have experienced explosive growth over the last five years, creating the need for more customer care staff and a larger facility to house them.

The new facility includes a fitness center, game room, movie theater, and relaxation center including massage chairs – all supporting T-Mobile's belief that an inspiring work environment helps retain employees and keep them happy. This ultimately translates to great customer service. T-Mobile recently received the highest ever score from J.D. Power and Associates for unparalleled customer care in wireless, and was featured on Fortune’s list of “100 Best Companies to Work For”.

Selux Lanova catenary fixtures were selected for the space to help create a fun, inspiring environment. The half-frosted cylinder and suspension cable help create an airy, open feel, while providing efficient light where it is needed. Typically used in exterior applications, Lanova creates a pleasing ambience, and is available with the technical Gen 5 light engine or with a diffuse bowl for a softer light. Lanova is also available as a pendant mount for interior applications.
